I bought a bulb with a very cool white color, i remember 7000k.

I put this bulb in a desk lamp that is pointed at my bed and on a timer. I use information technology instead of an warning clock. I started doing this because I realized that the blue lite not only woke me upwards merely as well kept me from just going back to slumber. Actually helped during some really dark days.
